Qualify Me! would like to introduce our new company ambassador,  Gorden Tallis!

The former Australian Rugby League player and Captain, Gorden Tallis attribute his achievements to a variety of factors, that we here at Qualify Me! value and pride ourselves on.

Tallis began his career playing for St George 1992 and by 1997 he was playing with the Broncos, and was the most dominant forward in the Super League competition. The enforcer of the Broncos, he used his giant frame to his advantage against the opposing players in both attack and defence. In 1998 Tallis seized the opportunity to play another premiership with the Broncos, winning the prestigious Clive Churchill Medal. Tallis celebrated his notable career by gaining captaincy with the Brisbane Broncos.  As captain of Brisbane, he led his team to consecutive State of Origin wins in both 2002 and 2003. At one point, Gorden was considered the best second-rower in the world and was known to unleash an aggressive streak in his game, this earnt him the nick name of the “raging bull”.

Tallis won 3 Premierships with the Brisbane Broncos and earned himself a feared yet respected reputation with the opposition. He worked incredibly hard and his remarkable 12-year career is evidence of this, retiring after an impressive 160 matches with the Broncos and a distinction of 20 occasions in the State of Origin.

The successful league player and more notably, resilient captain, was nominated to the NRL Board in January 2005.

In 2008 he was named in an Indigenous Australian rugby league Team of the Century.

Gorden credits his success both on and off the football field to having only the best and most helpful support team behind him the entire way and Qualify Me! provides just that.

Priding ourselves on our exceptional service and student support, it’s no wonder Gorden has joined the Qualify Me! Team.

Gorden has since been offered hundreds of thousands of dollars to participate in charity boxing events to raise money, as well as being a panelist on The Footy Show.

He is also an ambassador for the Royal Children’s Hospital in Brisbane, as well as the NRL Kids to Kangaroos initiative and Legends of Origin. He is clearly one of the NRL’s most extraordinary stars for his on-field success and his continuous efforts and dedication to off-field accomplishments.
