My experience with this company is they are very hard to communicate with, and have no urgency about getting you qualified. When I was initially told it would take 2 weeks to get qualified after handing over all the evidence, it ended up taking over a year. I had to really push them to get my qualification, I’m not sure I would have even got it if I wasn’t so persistent. But I did get my certification in the end which was obviously what I wanted out of this.
