The Hairdressing RPL program reflects the role of hairdressers who use a range of well-developed sales, consultation and technical skills and knowledge to provide a broad range of hairdressing services to clients. They use discretion and judgement to provide client services and take responsibility for the outcomes of their own work.
The Hairdressing (Supervised) scope work includes but is not limited to providing shampoo and basin services, colouring and lighten hair, providing full and partial head highlighting treatments, neutralise unwanted colours and tones and design haircut structures.
At least 2 years relevant industry experience in a wide range of Hairdressing work at a Hairdressing Salon.
