The Wall and Floor Tiling RPL program provides a trade outcome in wall and floor tiling for residential and commercial construction work. The qualification has core unit of competency requirements that cover common skills for the construction industry, as well as a specialist field of work.
The Wall and Floor Tiling scope of work includes but is not limited to handling wall and floor tiling materials, use wall and floor tiling tools and equipment, prepare surfaces for tiling application, fix floor tiles, Fix wall tiles, repair wall and floor tiles, carry out mosaic tiling, tile curved surfaces and apply waterproofing process to internal wet areas.
At least 2 years relevant industry experience in a wide range of Tiling work with a licensed Tiler.

According to NSW Fair Trading, tradies applying for a license must have the relevant industry knowledge and experience and have completed:
1) CPC31320 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling or
2) CPC31311/ CPC31308/ BCG31303 Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling
