Overall a good experience.
Steph has been easy to deal with and helpful along the process, thanks to her I could successfully obtain a certificate 3.
Just keep in mind that the person collecting your informations and proofs might not be in the same professional activity sector than you, which can sometimes be a bit frustrating when having to explain specific tasks or videos.
