CPC30320- Certificate III in Concreting

The CPC30320 Certificate III in Concreting is a nationally recognised qualification in Australia. It covers the skills and knowledge needed to work as a concreter in the construction industry. The course covers topics such as preparing and constructing concrete structures, reading and interpreting plans and specifications, and applying OH&S requirements. It is suitable for individuals who wish to enter the industry or for those who are already working in the field and wish to upgrade their skills and knowledge.

This qualification has core unit of competency requirements that cover common skills for the construction industry, as well as a specialist field of work in concreting. The construction industry strongly affirms that training and assessment leading to recognition of skills must be undertaken in an actual workplace or very closely simulated workplace environment, and this qualification requires all units of competency to be delivered in this context.
