About The Certification

The Leadership and Management (Advanced) RPL program reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Scope of work

They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

Experience Requirements

At least 4 years relevant industry experience in a wide range of Leadership and Management work where the majority of the experience was obtained within 10 years of the date on which the application is made.

Overall a good experience.
Steph has been easy to deal with and helpful along the process, thanks to her I could successfully obtain a certificate 3.
Just keep in mind that the person collecting your informations and proofs might not be in the same professional activity sector than you, which can sometimes be a bit frustrating when having to explain specific tasks or videos.
